Description
The University of Sheffield is out to tender for an X-ray photoelectron spectrometer capable of matching and preferably exceeding current capabilities in spectroscopy, chemical imaging and Ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) and to increase these capabilities to include high resolution depth profiling of organic materials and facilities for the handling and analysis of air sensitive samples.
