Description

Provision of Partner services for Big Lottery Fund Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Berkshire programme

Workers' Educational Association Contract Reference Number WEA 44

The Big Lottery Fund in England has launched a new grant programme called Building Better Opportunities (BBO). This is a joint programme of European funding (European Social Fund) and our lottery money. The investment is focusing on supporting people into employment. We want to support all applicants to Building Better Opportunities with good practice information about how to help people into employment. We believe that information already exists, but is not easily accessible. We want this brought together into a single, engaging, plain English resource for BBO applicants.

Partnership requirement

The project will require highly skilled case-workers to take long-term responsibility for:
- assessing the needs of individual families,
- coordinating the service provision for those families,
- assisting families to access services, and
- monitoring the progress that families make using a purpose-designed outcome tracking tool

We are inviting organisations who would like to join our partnership to deliver services relating to the above, to complete and submit our Expression of Interest (EOI) & Invitation to tender (ITT) which you can download via e sourcing portal In-tend. We will only accept electronically completed forms.

If you would like to apply to be one of our delivery partners, please submit your completed form by 16th February 2018. EOI and ITT received after this time may not be considered.

Before beginning your EOI we recommend you review the BBO programme guide and the relevant Berkshire project outlines on the Big Lottery Funds Website, as follows:

www.biglotteryfund.org.uk/global-content/programmes/england/building-better-opportunities

As well as the Building Better Opportunities Programme Guide:

Additional information is included in the Big Lottery Funds 'Guide to Delivering European Funding':

This project is funded through Big Lottery Fund and the European Union through European Social Fund.
