Description

The house at Penton Hook Lock is listed and these speific works have been granted Listed Building Consent.
This project is Phase I of a Refurbishment Project and includes to thermally upgrade the house internally and carrying out repair works following a water leak. The works include Internal Wall Insulation, insulation of the suspended floor between the ground and basement, insulation to the pitched ceilings and to the loft and new plasterboard ceilings.
