NLB Schedule

Earliest start date - Monday 13th December 2021
Latest completion date - Mon 28th February 2022

Crane removal - Leith Docks
The Pharos will be berthed in Leith Docks from 12th December 2021 until the 7th January 2022. During this time the crane will be removed and sent to the Contractors workshop/facility for overhaul. If this does not provide enough time for the works, Contractor to inform NLB during Tender Process stating the requested amount of time required.

Crane overhaul - Contractor's workshop/facility
The overhaul schedule needs to be written by the Contractor and sent to NLB for approval as detailed int the specification. NLB recommend that crane is removed at the earliest opportunity in Leith to provide maximum overhaul time in case unforeseen additional work is required.

Crane installation - Pharos Drydock (Location TBC)
The Pharos will enter drydock on Monday 31st January 2022, depart drydock on Monday 21st February 2022. The vessel will then sit in a layby berth until Friday 4th March 2022 with the exception of a two-day sea trial schedule scheduled for Thursday/Friday 24/25th February 2022. The crane should be installed no later than Monday 28th February 2022 so that commissioning and load tests can be completed prior to vessel departure.

All parts ordered and provided will be by the Contractor, these must be genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supplied parts.

All work done must be by accredited Service Engineers to OEM procedures and standards.
Service Engineers must provide all their own tools and equipment capable of completing the work.
