Description

Circle Housing Property Services (CHPS) is a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), which, due to the merger of Circle Housing and Affinity Sutton to form Clarion, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clarion Housing. CHPS provide reactive repair services to Clarion stock in East Anglia, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Surrey.
There is a requirement for sub-contractors to carry out reactive works where CHPS in-house resources are unable to cover due to capacity or geographical location.
