Rate of Pay: ?11.02 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 37 hours per week

Brief description:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative person to join our professional, high-performing Resourcing team for up to 3 months.
As an Assistant Resourcing Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the full range of Resourcing activities.
You will cover all aspects of recruitment, including attraction, selection, clearances and on-boarding, you'll be helping to deliver a fast paced and varied service across the council. Ideally, you should have experience of working within a busy Resourcing environment and you must be able to show how you deliver excellent customer service.
You will need to:
o Have knowledge, skills and experience of Resourcing
o Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to be an effective HR professional
o Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
o Excellent knowledge of ICT packages

This role falls inside of IR35
No DBS is required for this role.
