Description

We're looking for a digital partner that can help us achieve much more than build a website - we need a digital agency that will help us to address the culture changes which will enable us to be a truly digital first organisation. We understand that this will require us to learn how to embed digital within our organisation, and in every corner of our charity.
To save costs, we aim to do as much in house as possible. This may take time, investment and new resource, but it will lead to better quality content and data, improved staff efficiency and a better volunteer experience.
The appointed digital partner will need to:
Consult on strategy development
Provide service design and technical expertise
Train staff internally
Support user-research
Support the roll out and training to ensure the adoption across the organisation.
