Description

Warrington Borough Council (the "Council") is pleased to invite bid submissions for the provision and support of a new Domestic Abuse Case Management System (the "Solution") delivered as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

The Solution shall support the delivery of domestic abuse advice and prevention, by providing a comprehensive case management system, including (but not limited to):
• support for the typical case management lifecycle, such as from case creation with a unique reference number, through update, resolution, closure and archive;
• case management features and tools that help the officer effectively manage their caseload, such as work queues, individual work trays, case assignment, alerts, notifications, tasks, scheduled events, case status, automated escalations;
• tools available to the manager to monitor and improve performance on cases;
• support for case notes and multiple investigations;
• support for case sign-off by managers;
• correspondence by letters, text messages and emails (both pre-worded and customisable)
• client/ contact management.

The Contract shall be for an initial term of thirty-six (36) months with the option to extend for two (2) periods of twelve (12) months at the Council's discretion.

To ensure that everything is logged and audited, only correspondence, questions and clarifications raised in The Chest will be addressed by the Council. The Council will not respond to any e-mails, letters or telephone calls regarding this opportunity.
