Description

Reconfiguration and refurbishment of the visitor toilets at Stott Park Bobbin Mill, Cumbria, LA12 8AX. The project involves partial demolition of internal walls (please see demolition plan), reconfiguration of internal spaces to include a wheelchair accessible, gender neutral WC, new layout to male and female toilets, installation of new sanitary ware and M&E in accordance with the design guide (see design guide), making good, tiling and re-decoration.
