Description
The House of Lords, House of Commons & Parliamentary Digital Service (collectively "the Authority") currently operate addition to salary childcare voucher schemes to pay for some of the costs of caring for children whilst parents are working. Two "addition to salary" schemes are currently in operation. Although broadly similar each has its own rules and procedures. The Contractor will be required to supply and administer childcare vouchers to relevant employees on a monthly basis in accordance with the Authority's differing scheme rules.
The duration of the contract will be 3 years with two additional optional extensions of 1 year each.
Values are expected to be: Cost of vouchers over five years: £1,945,400 - this will be paid to carers providing childcare; Cost of admin services over five years: £92,000 (all exc VAT)
