Description

A scheme has been identified to provide a six bedroom, plus a seclusion suite, Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) on the first floor of the 1980's block of St Ann's Hospital, Poole.
This tender is the first of a two stage tendering process which deals with the demolition/strip out of Merley Ward on the first floor of the 1980's block at St. Ann's Hospital. The full scheme will comprise of refurbishment of the existing Merley Ward to provide a 6 bedroom, plus a seclusion suite, female PICU and adjacent shared facilities to future proof the first floor of the block for future development.
