Description

The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced suppliers to work with officers and residents to deliver environmental and landscaping works to Claremont East Estate, Streatham Hill, London, SW2 4AT, The works will include new parking spaces, roadway resurfacing and landscaping. We have carried out resident consultation with but we are keen to work with an innovative supplier to develop those ideas into a deliverable project.

As a first stage we are inviting suppliers to attend an interview and a site visit to discuss ideas. Following that we will assess the results and invite suppliers to tender for the works.

The value of the works is around £400,000.
