Description

The key objectives of the Procurement are to commission services that serves the patients within St Neots and the surrounding area of Cambridgeshire, and the Woodston and Orton areas of Peterborough and ensures a continuity of service provision, for the following sites:
St Neots Health Centre, 24 Moore's Walk, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 1AG
Botolph Bridge CHC, Sugar Way, Peterborough PE2 9QB
The Willow Tree Surgery, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE2 5RQ
The contracts for these services are due to commence on 1 April 2021. TUPE may be applicable to the contracts. The commissioner are exploring the option to combine the two sites in Peterborough as they are geographically close to one another, this decision will be made before the publication of the tender and will, in part be informed by the feedback of the early market engagement.
While this market engagement event will inform the commissioning of the services outlined above, the Commissioners would also like to use this opportunity to gather the views of providers who may be interested in other future opportunities.
The Commissioners are seeking to engage with the market to gather the views of potential providers on various aspects of how the services should best be configured and organised. Potential providers are invited to provide their views and comments on the aspects of the service as outlined in the questionnaire.
If your organisation is interested in providing APMS services in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough attending this event and responding to the market engagement questionnaire will enable you to inform the commissioning of these services and future opportunities.

At this stage, this is purely a market engagement exercise. Any subsequent procurement will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the contract notice advertising the procurement when this is published.
The responses received during the market analysis exercise will not be taken into account in
any future evaluation process as part of the formal procurement process but will be used to inform and finalise the Invitation to Tender documentation.

The market engagement event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 5th August 2020 starting at 12:30pm until 2pm. When completing the market engagement questionnaire, please ensure you provide contact details including the name of the person(s) attending, their job role(s) and an email address that can then be used to access the event link. The event link will be sent to all received email address by 10am Wednesday 5th August; please ensure that you access the link and enter the meeting at least 5 minutes before the start time.
