Description

Vinney Green House demolition forms part of the councils 2018/19 Capital Programme, and Property Services responsibility to generate income under the Council's new 6 point strategic plan.

The current estimated contract sum for the required works is £150K (which includes surveys, and asbestos removal - Annexed).

The main building occupies a floor plan of 723. 76m2, including the ancillary buildings the floor plan is 817. 81m2.

Property Services are now seeking to appoint a Principal Demolition Contractor to oversee the demolition project commencing the 22nd January 2019.
