Description

Thanet District Council is seeking to select and appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the provision of new build café, toilets and general amenity building, community square, heritage terrace, hard and soft landscaping across Ellington Park and invites prospective suppliers to submit a tender to meet the Employer's requirements.

This contract supports the wider regeneration of Ellington Park, funded by National Lottery Heritage Fund, in partnership with TDC and Friends of Ellington Park, developing and preserving the park for community use.

The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of an open tender. All tenders will be accepted subject to the tenderer providing suitable responses to grounds for Mandatory and Discretionary Rejection and that the minimum standards are met as set out in the Invitation to Tender document. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria as set out in the Invitation to Tender document. The form of contract will be JCT Design & Build 2016 plus Thanet District Council's Special Conditions
