Description

The council is wishing to procure maintenance, repairs & breakdown attendance including day to day maintenance and emergency repair in a variety of buildings including a requirement for an out of hours emergency service, planned preventive maintenance (including servicing, testing and inspections) in a variety of buildings, the undertaking of minor improvement works to buildings and structures within the Corporate Property Portfolio. Contract is for a period of 3years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. Estimated contract value includes the 2 year extension period.
