Identify and evaluate governance approaches for national and regional water resources planning to: effectively support the development of the updated National Framework for Water Resources; aid multi-sector water resources planning and local engagement of non-Public Water Supply sectors; ensure Regional Group and regulator decisions effectively reflect the combined interests of a region; deliver cross-border solutions, recognising the environmental ambitions of Welsh Government; and, work collaboratively to plan and deliver Strategic Resource Options.
