Portsmouth City Council (PCC) is in the process of preparing for a tender for Targeted Short Breaks for parents and carers of disabled children and young people.

The purpose of this engagement is to share with you our draft specifications and ask you to comment on our requirements. Any information a provider shares could be used to assist drafting the final specifications. We recognise the experience and innovation that suppliers can bring to this service. As such the council would welcome your organisation's contribution, which will be used to influence the service specifications to deliver a range of services that meet the needs of families residing in Portsmouth.
