Description

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) is seeking a qualified Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver a comprehensive Oracle Managed Support Service for Oracle Fusion. This follows the council's successful implementation of Oracle Fusion in September 2025, replacing the legacy Oracle SBS system. The new system supports approximately 4,500 internal users and an additional 10,000 users across schools and Sandwell Children's Trust. The current support contract, delivered by Infosys, is due to end on 31st December 2025
