• Out of hours telephone handling service to the customers of Homes in Sedgemoor
• Ad hoc cover for day time service during times of absence of training which reduces t
• To provide a reliable and professional service in line with Homes in Sedgemoor customer service requirements to ensure that the customer does not experience a reduction in service when the main team are not working
• To provide ad hoc cover as required to cover for busy periods, staff absences or training days
• Homes in Sedgemoor expects our provider to work with us collaboratively and supportively, contributing to ensuring that we continuously improve our service delivery to our customers.
