Description

A specialist demolition contractor is required for the Soft Strip Out of a building on the Parliamentary Estate.

This work will facilitate the development of the design that is currently in development, to mitigate the risk of 'unknowns' that may be discovered later in the building, thus enabling a more robust design specification to be prepared, which will in turn deliver better value for money and greater adherence to defined delivery timescales.
