Description

The Adeyfield Adventure Playground is free to use and cater for 8 to 16 year olds (children under 8 are welcome when accompanied by an adult). They are a safe environment for children to meet, play and learn.
They are managed and supervised by a team of qualified staff and provide a secure and stimulating environment for all children, including those with special needs and disabilities.

Tenderers must satisfy the following minimum requirements:
o Provide 2 examples of previous experience which must be similar to the work the Council is requesting in the specification.
o Relevant Health & Safety accreditations and record for supply and installation of the playground.
o Financial Assessment (winning bidder only).
These will be evaluated as a pass or fail. Companies who fail these requirements will have their tender rejected and not scored.

This tender is for the the design/installation of a new adventure style play area and the removal of all play structures except the basket swing and the sports pitch. The area must be suitable for up 16 years of age - see the aerial view in document part B.
This tender has a fixed budget of ?70,000. All removal, supply, installation and post installation inspection must be achieved within this price.
