Description

DMU currently manage circa 85 applications that support Teaching and Business activities. Supported applications consist of a mixture of on-premise, cloud provided, and hybrid cloud platforms and are built on different technology stacks, including web based, SQL and SAP platforms. The requirement is to enhance the ability to monitor performance of these applications to ensure the expected level of service is maintained and any potential problems can be pro-actively investigated.
