Description
The Telecare Home Response Service provides emergency home visits to Service Users across Lancashire in response to an alarm signal. The Service Provider will receive referrals from the Telecare Call Monitoring Centre and provide a Telecare Home Response Service to Service Users in their own homes in emergency situations (no routine home visits will be provided).The Service will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year, including bank holidays and other public holidays.
