Description
1. Quotations are invited for the supply, installation, commissioning & maintenance of one containerised incinerator for the disposal of drugs and medical waste with a burn rate of 50-100Kg per hour.
2. The price basis shall be Delivered at Place (DAP) Kingston, Jamaica which is defined as "the Contractor delivers when the Goods and Property are placed at the disposal of the Authority on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the named place of destination. The Contractor bears all risks involved in bringing the Goods and Property to the named place and is responsible for clearing the Goods and Property for export. The Contractor has no obligation to clear the Goods and Property for import, pay any import duty or carry out any import customs formalities as defined in Incoterms® 2010"
3. Bidders shall submit a quotation for five years service & maintenance of the incinerator, payable annually, which shall be fully inclusive of travel and subsistence costs of the service engineer. Bidders shall provide details of the location of the service engineer and provide full details of any sub-contractors. Bidders are advised that the service and maintenance may be contracted and paid for separately by the Jamaican Authority.
4. Payment terms shall be 80% upon delivery to the freight forwarder as evidenced by submission of Bill of Lading in support of invoice; 20% following installation and commissioning.
5. Home Office Terms & Conditions of Contract shall apply to any subsequent order.
6. Bidders shall state lead for delivery to Kingston Jamaica.
7. Bidders shall state warranty period.
