Description

HCT Construction Consultants Ltd would like to welcome all Security Contractors to tender for a number of works associated with the RFCA. The Contractor will have the opportunity to tender for all 13 regions across the U.K.
The Security Contractors will be required to fit out a controlled space with alarms to a secured area at various locations across the U.K.
There will potentially be 13 Contract's to be awarded, one for each individual RFCA region.
The Contract will be based on a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 and will use the 2018-2019 National Schedule of Rates, which will apply until the end of the financial year.
Contractors interested will be required to carry out a PQQ for the regional RFCA they wish to be included for. This must be carried out before being added onto the tender list.
From the responses and our existing sub-contractor data base, we shall compile the tender list.
NOTE: The tenders will be assessed and awarded on a scoring basis. The criteria for the scoring will be issued within the tender enquiry pack.
