Both the Expression of Interest document and tender opportunity will be published on our tender portal. Capital E sourcing: www.capitalesourcing.com - it is free to register for all interested parties. Following completion of the Expressions of Interest, a competitive tender will be used to select a contractor. We will require all organisations wishing to participate in the tender to complete and pass construction industry standard pre qualification PAS 91 - which will be included as part of the tender package. Alternatively if your organisation is registered with Construction line and your registration is complete and up to date your Construction Line registration will be taken as pre qualification.

The contract will be from the JCT as appropriate to the scheme with standard WCC amendments. The contract period is to be stipulated as part of the tender return.
