Description

Horsham District Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced originations to undertake the development of proposals for a Business Improvement District (BID) covering Horsham Town Centre. This will be the first BID for Horsham Town Centre.

The Council is procuring this contract following an open local tender process, and intends to award to one organisation. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 01 August 2019.
