Description

The works comprise of general repairs to empty properties. The scope of the works will also include the installation of kitchens and bathrooms together with all electrical work, decorative and general maintenance work, within the Void property. Works outside of this scope such as heating installations may also be required. Orders will be issued on a responsive basis, and to Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council's specification.
