Description
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for the delivery of a fully comprehensive Planned and Reactive Maintenance contract for Chlorine Dioxide Water Treatment Equipment at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
The Trust intends to run a Restricted Procedure for the annual maintenance of the installed Chlorine Dioxide Water Treatment Equipment following this PIN. The opportunity will be available through the Atamis Health Family Portal.

Scope of Contract
The Leeds Teaching Hospitals is one of the largest Trusts in the UK and the estate is spread over five sites:
• Leeds General Infirmary
• St James's University Hospital
• Chapel Allerton Hospital
• Seacroft Hospital
• Wharfedale Hospital

The contract is for a fully comprehensive maintenance schedule to be paid annually.
Expected contract length would be for 3 years with an option to extend a further 2 x 12 month. However this may be subject to change at tender stage.
Suppliers will be required to demonstrate technical capability and provide evidence of any relevant qualification. They will be required to provide detail on staffing levels and ability.
The fully comprehensive maintenance schedule will include the supply of Chemicals.
Current deployment date is schedule to be August 2024 however this may be subject to change.
