Description

Coast and Country Housing are seeking to appoint a principal contractor to carry out the refurbishment works as scheduled to the "Wynd" building in Marske-by-the Sea, TS11 7LD. The Wynd is a building situated within the centre of Marske-by-the-Sea consisting of commercial properties to the ground floor and rented / private residential properties above.

Scope Works to be completed and all as detailed within the schedule of works are;
•Supply & Erection of the necessary Scaffolding.
•Replacement of existing pitched roof coverings and associated roof works.
•Brickwork repairs to the North and West Elevations and in-situ concrete repairs.
•Canopy works as detailed within the scheduled of works
