Description

High Precision CO2 and CH4 analyser system.

A gas analysis system is required to make high precision measurements on a freight ship running continuously for 10 week periods without maintenance. On board the instrument will be in an instrument rack or secured to a bench top. It will be left to operate without any user input for 8 /10 week periods and is expected to run without any problems during that period. Every 8 / 10 weeks a member of staff from UEA team will visit the ship to inspect the equipment. The systems needs to be able to measure dry mole fractions of at least CO2 and CH4 at the same time with the following specifications:

CO2: Precision (1 σ, 5 sec): 150ppb, maximum drift over 24h: 150ppb, uncertainty
