Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBofH) is seeking a contractor for the wall replacement at 93-115 Portland Road.

Details of the wall are as below -

We require the defective wall to be fully repaired so that it is safe for the general public using the side alleyway (Wells Path) which leads to Kingshill Avenue and for the residents that use 93-115 Portland Road green outside the block. All works are to be undertaken so that they fully comply with all H&S, RAM's & CDM regulations. Works are to be completed in a timely fashion and only to be under taken during Normal working hours being 08:00 am till 18:00 pm and working from Monday to Friday only.
