Description

DHSC has commissioned a Supplier to continue the annual collection of clinical records for all intrapartum stillbirths, neonatal deaths and brain injuries in England; and thematic analysis of the contributory factors affecting maternity outcomes by the Contractor's Each Baby Counts (EBC) programme until the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch (HSIB) is able to report on a full annual cohort of these cases in 2020.
