•To support optimising the cost, risk and performance of our assets through software automation, providing data accuracy, assurance and accessibility.
•To support in providing a collaborative software package to enable the ease of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
•To support One Vision Housing in meeting the ISO-55000 standards.
•To provide a software solution to manage existing processes and provide enhanced solutions for future working practices.
•A solution to manage assets throughout the whole cycle from creation to maintenance, recording and displaying data through visuals to support decision making, planning and activity.
•Provide opportunities to enhance future services and support business decisions.
•To reduce the management of process costs from incomplete or inaccurate data
