Description
The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of soft strip out works at Bastion House. The site is located in the Barbican area of the City of London and is centered at post code EC2Y 5HN.
Bastion House is an office block located in the Barbican area of the City of London, designed by Powell and Moya it was completed in 1976. The Works will comprise of the soft strip out to Bastion House, from and including the podium level and above on a fixed price D&B basis.
The duration of the contract is envisaged to be circa 6 months but we invite tenders most economical programme. The Contract Sum is expected to be between £1,450,000 and £1,550,000 on a fixed price D&B basis.
This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system 'capitalEsourcing' (www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate and registration is free. The estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the contract including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £1,500,000
