Description

Bristol City Council are issuing this Expression of Interest in order to identify providers wanting to bid for the opportunity to deliver Supported Youth Housing Pathway services.

Bristol City Council will be recommissioning its Young Peoples Housing and Independence Pathway from 1st April 2024. The Pathway is based on the Positive Pathway which is a nationwide framework created by St Basils to help Local Authorities and their partners to work together to prevent youth homelessness. It sets out the sorts of services and support needed to help young people who do become homeless to build more positive futures. It provides temporary accommodation with support to young people aged 16 to 24 who are homeless or are care leavers.

Bristol City Council wants the service providers to be in a position to provide a Supported Youth Housing Pathway of furnished supported accommodation in Bristol BS1 to BS16 for young people aged 16 to 24. We will be seeking 220 to 245 units of accommodation in total.

in order to express your interest you will need to submit the form via ProContract
