Description
Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a licensee to provide sales of refreshments at Brinton Park in Kidderminster, the sale of ice cream or frozen confectionary is not permitted.
The contract is for 2 years with the option to extend for a further year and the contract will start on Saturday 8th April 2017.
The operator may use the site between the hours of 10am and 8pm every day during the licence period with the exception of excluded events, there will be a maximum of 4 excluded events.
There is a splash park located within the park which attracts many visitors each year.
The deadline for submissions to Pro-Contract Due North is 4pm Friday 17th March 2017.
