The University of Sunderland is seeking to appoint a single (Principal) contractor to undertake the demolition and asbestos removal of Darwin Annex in advance of a new permanent building.
Darwin Annex is a single storey modular building dating from the mid 1980's as purpose built accommodation for Biotechnology.
