Description

The Council is seeking to enter into contract with a contractor for the refurbishment and upgrading of the West Park Multi-storey Car Park, Tower Street, Harrogate HG1 1HS.

The car park is a reinforced concrete structure dating back to the early 1970s and is located to the south side of Harrogate town centre. It provides parking for 343 spaces over 10 split level decks. The structure is now showing signs of its age and in need of refurbishment to include some concrete repairs, an architectural facelift and improvements to the M&E building services to meet current regulations and legislation.
