Description
Eden District Council is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to assist the Council in developing a feasibility study for the future use of the Town Hall. The role of the specialist provider would fall in to three main areas. A) Liaison and engagement with a range of potential Arts and Culture sector users to ascertain the likely interest and commitment of various groups wishing to have a presence in a redeveloped and repurposed Town Hall. B) Provide alternative proposals for the commercial use of the Town Hall if there is insufficient local demand/interest from Arts and Culture groups within the local area. C) Undertake a high level business case for the capital costs of the redevelopment of the Town Hall to be able to serve its potential future users.
