Description
This project involves the opportunity created by the refurbishment of Royton Town Hall and Library. Once completed the building currently known as Royton Library will be available to let. The planning application covers change of use to class A1-A5.
This Early Engagement Document is to assess interest in the commercial opportunity generated in once the library service has relocated into the refurbished town hall space.
The vacated library space will consist of circa 4,670 square foot (429.88 m2) of commercial space. The planning application has been submitted and validated and a decision is expected in January 2019. The planning application includes a change of use for the Library to A1, A2, A3, A4 & A5.
