Justification

To allow for installation to take place during the 6 week school holidays. 3 week tender preparation time and 3 week contractor lead time prior to contract start date of 14 Aug 2019 allowing a 3 week installation period. Work of this nature is always suited to longer periods of time when the site is not occupied, hence the slightly reduced tender and lead times.

Invitation to Tender
JSTC Alford would like to invite interested parties to submit Tenders for the above stated project.
The Project is for supply, delivery and installation of new for old energy efficient LED light fittings.
This will include removal and disposal of existing old traditional fixtures and fittings in accordance with relevant installation & waste disposal regulations.
Evidence of compliant disposal will be required. The installation will incorporate smart technologies to compliment energy efficiency.
This work is anticipated to be part funded by ERDF, through the Smart Energy Greater Lincolnshire project.
Tenders will be assessed 40% on quality, 60% on price.
