Description
Hull City Council is seeking to procure a service that is independent of the Council to carry out a summative assessment as required by Ministry for Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), combined with a broader evaluation of Hull's Community Led Local Development (CLLD) Project both as it progresses and at its conclusion. The requirements of the Summative Assessment for the ERDF element of the project is set out in the guidance included as Appendices A-G. The European Social Fund (ESF) element is not included in the SA guidance and the successful tenderer will be required to design a detailed methodology which includes a comparable assessment of the ESF element of the project and justifies how their approach will report, measure and capture the required impacts and outputs, further details are provided in the Specification (Schedule 2, ITT Part 1).
