Description

The Future Cities Catapult (the Catapult) accelerates urban ideas to market to grow the economy and make cities better. We bring together businesses, universities and city leaders to work together to solve the problems that cities face, now and in the future.

The Catapult is seeking to appoint a Supplier of IT support services to provide:
• onsite support where required and back fill for current in-house onsite IT support;
• a support service (primarily third line) routed through an onsite IT resource to call to resolve issues that he is unable to resolve or has no capacity to work on; and
• senior level IT technical consultancy.
