Description

Replacement of existing built-up plasterboard/asbestos-cement roof covering, trims, downpipes, gutters and rooflights with new composite insulated panels, rooflights, eaves gutters, downpipes and associated flashings. South roof slope kept free of rooflights for PV installation by others. Including safe disposal of all asbestos containing materials from site.
Removal of existing asbestos-cement insulated cladding and windows from South and North Elevations, and re-build external walls in brick/block cavity wall fully filled with mineral wool insulation
