Description

The Museum of London is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Vertical Transport consultant for the New Museum Project at West Smithfield. They will be required to perform services throughout all RIBA stages and will liaise closely with the Design Team.

The deliverables upto RIBA stage 4 will include but not be limited to
Provide a Concept design report recording agreed design criteria, and calculation results, comparison of capital cost and area taken for selection of best value solution,Final schedule of lifts and escalators,Stage 3 report recording agreed design criteria, and calculation results,Schedule of structural loads,Schedule of heat outputs,Schedule of electrical demand,Tender technical materials and workmanship specifications for all lifts and escalators, detailed schedules for all lifts and escalators,Tender Action and Analysis, Agree with the other members of the team a suitable list of lift manufacturers who will be able supply the quality of equipment required for a Project of this nature, Review tender returns and contribute to the technical assessment of these documents, Contribute to tender analysis report for lifts and escalators.

In addition to this the consultant will provide services throughout RIBA stages 5 and 6
