Description

Birmingham City Council are inviting suitably qualified and experienced organisations to express an interest for the Provision of Service Packages for care and support (Supported Living)

LOT 2:
Care and Support (Supported Living) - 'Supported Living' is the name for services (including housing), designed to help people to stay living independently within their local community. Supported living has no legal definition but has a commonly accepted set of principles that are defined in the Reach Standards in Supported Living.

Flexible Contracting Arrangements shall commence on 1 April 2018 and shall automatically expire on 31 March 2021 without the need for either party to give notice, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms. The Flexible Contracting Arrangements may be extended for two further periods after 31 March 2021 of up to twelve months each by the Council giving the Provider three months prior written notice of its intention to extend the Flexible Contracting Arrangements
