Description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the refurbishment of 5 Hill Street, to adapt its use to a new recovery hub.
The proposed Contract will be three months and it is anticipated to be awarded to a single Supplier
As part of our ongoing commitment to tackle alcohol-related harm in our City; Leicester City Council is seeking to develop a recovery hub to support change resistant drinkers. The recovery hub will provide a welcoming environment and culture of hope to this vulnerable group of adults on their journey to recovery. Facilities at the centre will promote improvements in service-users' physical and mental health and wellbeing, and equip them with life skills to support their recovery journey.
