Description

Basildon Borough Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to develop a Feasibility Study into the establishment of a Healthcare Social Innovation Incubator in Basildon. The aims of undertaking this Feasibility Study are to investigate the feasibility of establishing a Healthcare Social Innovation Incubator in Basildon, and to put forward a high level business model and financial model for the preferred option if deemed viable to establish a Healthcare Social Innovation Incubator in Basildon. This piece of work is being delivered in partnership with Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, and it will look to develop innovative solutions to tackle key societal health and social care challenges. The study should help to provide a high-level business model/financial model for a facility in the borough of Basildon. It will also identify the valid reasons to go ahead with the project and identify new opportunities for service development. Apply via Contracts Finder.
